WHO WE ARE

I Cheat for Pizza (“we”) runs icheatforpizza.com. These terms are the deal when the store opens and you buy from it. Contact: hello@icheatforpizza.com.

THE STORE

We sell numbered editions in limited drops. Each edition is 212. When it’s gone, it’s gone — sold out is final, editions are never restocked, and nothing in these terms gives anyone a right to buy one. The permanent line stays available and is not numbered. Prices are in US dollars; the price you see is the price, and where we must collect tax at checkout, the checkout says so before you pay.

ONE PER PERSON

One shirt per person per drop. One order, one email, one tee. We may cancel and refund orders that try to get around this — multiple emails, multiple addresses, resale bots. We built the store to say no politely; this clause is the impolite version.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm it. Payment is processed by Stripe — card details go to them directly and never touch our servers. We may cancel any order for error, suspected fraud, or a limit violation, in which case you are refunded in full.

SHIPPING

Free shipping to the countries listed at checkout. We ship by postal carrier in a recyclable kraft box. Remote areas are not excluded and are not surcharged — they just take longer. Import charges: in the United States, duties are paid by us before shipping and nothing is collected from you on delivery. In the European Union, your country may collect VAT and a handling fee on delivery; that charge is yours. Anywhere else we later ship: your country may charge import duties. That’s between you and your country. Delivery estimates are estimates — if your order hasn’t arrived in 45 days, write to us and we’ll chase it.

RETURNS

No returns. No exceptions. Except the EU, where you have 14 days. Not our rule. The law insists.

The full version of the exception, for EU consumers: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed — tell us by email (any clear statement works, or the withdrawal form provided with your order confirmation). Send the shirt back within 14 days of telling us; return shipping is yours to pay. Try-on is fine — the same handling you’d get in a fitting room. If the shirt comes back worn beyond that, we refund the diminished value, which for a worn garment may be little or nothing. The tag is attached for a reason. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Everywhere else: all sales are final, as stated before you buy.

DEFECTS

A genuinely defective shirt is our problem, not yours, anywhere, within your statutory warranty period (two years in the EU). Write to us with a photo; we replace it, or refund if we can’t — the edition may be sold out, see above. This is separate from the returns policy, and no fine print applies to it.

OUR CONTENT

There are no accounts. The site’s content — the marks, the name, the designs, the photography, the copy — is ours or licensed to us. Buying a shirt buys you a shirt.

LIABILITY

We are liable where the law says we are, including for defective products and for consumer rights that cannot be waived. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are an EU consumer, you keep every protection of your home country’s law and may bring disputes in your home courts — nothing here takes that away.

CHANGES

If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new effective date. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
