WHO WE ARE
I Cheat for Pizza (“we”) runs icheatforpizza.com. Questions, requests, complaints: hello@icheatforpizza.com.
THE WAITLIST
If you join the list, we collect your email address. That’s it. We use it to tell you about drops. It goes to Resend, the service that sends our email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works.
WHEN THE STORE OPENS
Buying will give us your email, name, and shipping address, plus what you ordered. We’ll use that to charge you once, ship your order, and keep the records tax law makes us keep. Card details will go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — they will never touch our servers and we will never see them. Your cart lives in your own browser until you check out.
COOKIES
We don’t use tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Our analytics (Vercel) are cookieless, aggregated page counts — no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no profiles. Our host keeps standard short-lived request logs.
WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Only the services that run the site, only to run the site: Resend (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and — when the store opens — Stripe (payments) and the postal carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. There is no third category of recipient.
WHERE, AND FOR HOW LONG
Our providers process data in the United States; for EU visitors, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses as applicable. We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and order records for as long as tax law requires.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you’re in the EU or a US state with a privacy law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent — for the waitlist, that’s the unsubscribe link. Email hello@icheatforpizza.com and we’ll handle it. No account required, because there are no accounts. EU residents can also complain to their supervisory authority. We don’t treat you differently for asking.
KIDS
The site isn’t directed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If a kid gave us theirs, tell us and we’ll delete it.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date. We won’t quietly repurpose data collected under an old version.
